PRIVATE CLASSES

In order to not make a complete class (classroom and range qualification) such a long day (minimun 10 hours), Texas Concealed Handgun has conducted numerous private classes for a group of friends and/or relatives (or friends of friends etc.) over a two day period (see # 5 below).

The following criteria must be met:

  1. A private class will consist of no less than 10 people with no maximun, and can be mixed with both Renewal and New applicants.
  2. The charge will be $125.00 per person (Renewal/New Applicant).
  3. These classes are generally conducted with the classroom portion on Saturday (approximately 8 to 8 1/2) hours and the range qualification on Sunday morning (approximately 2 hours).
  4. The class will be conducted at a location of your choosing.
  5. The above fee does NOT include range fees which generally vary between $7.00 to $10.00 depending on range chosen.
  6. In rare cases, arrangements can be made for evening classes with range qualification occurring during a weekday (These can become somewhat complicated and are probably not a real good option).
  7. Mileage will be charged if location is outside of Bexar County.
